We welcome you to this site and would like to point out that, should you wish to make a purchase, this indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed below. We recommend that you study them carefully before proceeding.

Prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of taxes. Postage costs are additional.

Payment is facilitated through our partnership with World Pay - Internet Payment Solutions. World Pay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and through them we are able to offer secure online payment with all major Credit and Debit cards.

Your Privacy is guaranteed. Any personal details that you provide to Jewellery By Susan will not be sold, hired or given any third party. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we may use your personal contact details to inform you of any new designs that we feel may interest you.

Deliveries of off-the-shelf designs will be despatched from our workshop within 48 hours of receipt of purchase confirmation. You will receive an email confirming despatch and containing the tracking number of your package. Personalised orders requiring the special attention of our staff, will normally be despatched within 14 days. All items are posted by first class recorded mail, and may only be sent to the address provided on the order form. A signature will be required for the receipt of all orders. In the unlikely event of unforeseen delays in production, you can rest assured that we will inform you immediately.

Returns We are sure that you will join our long list of satisfied customers. However, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we invite you to return it, subject to the following guidelines:

- Jewellery items are fully refundable within 30 days of the date they were received, including costs of postage.
- Any returns should be made in the original packaging, with the invoice enclosed, and the receipt for the returned postage cost.
- Any should be sent back by recorded delivery and the proof of postage should be retained by the customer.
- Any refund will be made securely to the credit/debit card that was used for the purchase, through our partnership with World Pay.
